Your DIFY WORLD delivery, one step closer. Use your private order-status link or the tracking link sent when your order ships to follow its journey.

Check your order securely

Open your DIFY WORLD order confirmation email and select its order-status or view-order link. Follow any verification prompts to access your order securely. Your order number is shown in your order confirmation; it is different from your shipment tracking number (AWB).

Follow your shipment

Find your dispatch or shipping confirmation in your email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages. Open the Shiprocket or courier tracking link included in that message. If the tracking page asks for a tracking number or AWB, use the one in your shipping message, not your DIFY WORLD order number.

Search your inbox for “DIFY WORLD” or “Shiprocket” and check spam or promotions folders. Tracking may not show movement until the courier scans your parcel.

Contact DIFY WORLD on WhatsApp with your order number so we can help you find the right link. Please do not send payment details, passwords, or one-time verification codes.
