This Return & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made on difyworld.in, operated by AR ENTERPRISES under the brand DIFY WORLD. We want you to be happy with your building-block toys and construction sets. If something is not right, please read the details below to understand how returns and exchanges work.

Return Eligibility and the 10-Day Window

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in resellable condition.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or order confirmation).

Returns requested after the 10-day window, or for items that do not meet the conditions above, may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in resellable condition.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Items returned without valid proof of purchase.
  • Requests made after the 10-day return window has passed.

Free Exchange or Replacement for Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we provide a free exchange or replacement. Please reach out to us with your order details and, where possible, a description or photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. For defective or incorrect items, shipping fees are not charged to you.

Missing-Piece Replacement and 5-Year Warranty

Our sets come with a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, we offer free replacement of missing or defective pieces. If any piece is missing from your set or is defective, contact our support team and we will arrange a replacement for the affected pieces.

How Refunds Are Processed

For eligible returns, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
