The website difyworld.in is operated by AR ENTERPRISES under the brand DIFY WORLD. AR ENTERPRISES is a GST-registered business.

3. Product Information, Pricing and GST

We sell India-made, LEGO-compatible building-block toys and construction sets made from non-toxic ABS plastic, with a focus on gifting. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including materials and features. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings and photography.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs) and are subject to applicable GST as per Indian law. AR ENTERPRISES is GST-registered, and a GST invoice is issued for every order.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice. In case of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailability of stock, or an incomplete or unverifiable delivery address.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards
  • Netbanking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Online payments are processed via Razorpay, and checkout is powered by Shiprocket. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the total amount, including any applicable shipping fee, is payable in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please ensure the correct amount is available to complete a COD delivery.

5. Shipping

We ship PAN-India only and do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled via Shiprocket. FREE shipping is offered on orders of Rs 999 and above; a nominal shipping fee (shown at checkout) applies to orders below Rs 999. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and typical delivery is 2-7 business days across India. Tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order ships. 6. Returns, Exchange and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition, and proof of purchase is required. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. Free exchange or replacement is provided for defective, damaged, or wrong items received. 7. Warranty and Missing-Piece Support

Our products carry a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. We also provide free replacement of missing or defective pieces (missing-piece support). This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on difyworld.in, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images, and the DIFY WORLD brand, is the property of AR ENTERPRISES or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AR ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products, beyond the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indian law. Our building-block toys and construction sets should be used as intended and in line with any age or safety guidance provided.
